RETURNS
Stitches Batemans Bay will exchange or give a credit note (valid for 6 months from issue date), subject to the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt
- Goods must be returned in original packaging with Tags
- Does not apply to sales items
- Does not apply to accessories, shoes or hosiery
- Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
Although we will do everything to ensure goods are packed and freighted adequately, we accept no responsibility for the goods once they have left our premises.
SHIPPING
Stitches Batemans Bay delivers Australia wide via Australia Post for a flat rate of $16.00.
We aim for prompt service, however please allow between 5 – 7 business days for processing and delivery.
If delivery takes longer than expected, we will track and trace your parcel for you. Please don’t hesitate to contact us in regards to this.
